The SRT-4 cluster probably takes a bit more fabbing, but I have seen people use the cluster. Also I haven't personally witnessed it but some people say the 95 cluster is hooked up via wires and harness. My cluster out of a 95 Neon and all i had to do was unplug it fromthe dash and I took mine apart soI could have correct mileage and swapped it will my mileage counter. Then allI did was plug it in my 98 and drive. The hardest part is popping off the topdash pad.

95-99 is plug and play. SRT-4 and 2000+ clusters require fabby and wiring and possibly the 2000+ PCM at which would require a lot of re-wiring. People who put in the SRT-4 cluster most likely swapped the entire thing. motor, pcm, and so on.

No Problem, I was sitting back a few days before that post and I watched Happy Gilmore and I was inspired to think of that and so pretty much I was looking for an excuse to use it...lol.
