help with 96 neon build up*updated*
nice thanks for that picture that was wat i was looking for. now im looking for a long tube header for my sohc, people say the kirk is crap and all shortys suck so i want a long tube who makes the best for a decent price? and could i swap in new forged pistons 10.8 to 1 ratio with out removing the motor and it run ok with the stock pcm as long as i run 93 and up octane gas? the kirks are 1.5 inch primarys to a 2 and 1/4 colector, and just found now at chicago conections a long tube with 1 5/8 primarys and 2 half colector. whats better?
What will taking it off do? Dump all your fuel back in your tank? The regulates the flow back to the tank so removing it when just drop the pressure up front to 0 right? Because the regulator is on the the return line. in the tank. am i wrong?
I will allow him to adjust his fuel pressure. and not be stuck at 49psi.... You know this zach same thing that we tought you with your turbo system minus the turbo.
There is absoulutely nothing wrong with kirk headers they have better merge collectors... they like to rust up a bit but if you buy a used one with surface rust just sand it down and get it ceramic coated for about 30 bucks.

now why does the fuel filter have 2 in ports and one out? its a new filter so i want to use it for now until it wont flow any more. so maybe some one can tell me what they are.do i have to plum them both together then to the feed from the pump then the single line to the rail and then to the nitrous then regulatore then return line back to the pump
you will still have the two lines coming out of the pump to the filter there just that way... dont change it... but you have everything else correct...
your fuel system will go fuel pump - fuel line - fuel rail - fpr returnline - top of fuel pump. one big circle.

No. If i were to let my fuel filter dump back in the tank without being plugged off or regulated somehow then i would have no gas at the front. You do know that the fuel filter outside the tank has a return line right? And the return is regulated. Its just like if you run a return with no regluator on it. It will just dump all the fuel back to the tank because there is nothing there to hold the pressure up. Enless you block off the return coming out of the filter. I just thought removing the regulator off of it would just let the fuel dump right back in. I must have dont it wrong can you double check your way is right before i go rip everything back apart?
Woot. yay me. And if i were you i would not use your stock filter. If you cap the return on it i bet the cap will just shoot off
