help with 96 neon build up*updated*
ORIGINAL: rayraydoet
from looking at the data i lost .7 tenths of a second in first gear winding it out i measured from 3000 rpms to 6200 on both logs and between that range of rpm the one with the fpr was 4.7 seconds and with out was 4 flat. and the afr differnce at each point where 12.50 and the other 12.40 so i gota tune it so im lower then 4 seconds then ill be better i ges. that sound right??

MY 300ZX TT HAS A FUEL DAMPENER ON IT MAYBE IF I PUT A SPARE ONE I GOT LAYING AROUND B4 THE RAIL IT WILL DAMPEN THAT HORRIFIED UNSTEADY AFR LINE MAKEING IT MORE STEADY.POSSIBLY? WHAT YOU THINK GUYS?
lol my bad.. so what you think of the pics and what do u think about using a fuel dampener on the fuel system? does the neon have one or no? and on the fuel pump i noticed it goes realy narrow to the out side when i did the spool boy except i used the out on there ptu a return and left the side out with the regulator
here are sum pictures of my afr 1 at 43 psi the other at 40 anjd the other at 38 psi the idle was only affected by low psi when i wot it would stay at a a decent afr check them out sumone tell me wat u think

so i took the vac line off the fpr so it doesnt rise. i think its better that way because i dont have boost. i got some more pictures of graphs that show a better idle with the vac lin off and i can tune it for wot just runing 13.5 afr. What is the best afr to tune to???? well here are graphs of 46 psi steady presure and 48. im doing the consitant pulls each time to get the same data to compare every time on my side street.

Okay i read the last few pages and my eyes hurt so tell me, what kind of rrfpr are you using? Where did you run the vaccum from for it? Did you use the stock pump? What are you using to get those readings? Let me get this stright. You asking why your fuel ratio isnt rising with your rpms like it should? Or what? Tell me in short terms.
