All this talk about cams?
So cams is what makes the crackling sound on a car huh? What cam would be best on my sohc turbo? Should i buy one or use the 95 cam i got sitting around? What is so good about the 95 cam again?

the 95 cam is good for about another 3-5 hp on a NA car...
The best cam for your application would be a crane 12 witch has very low overlap causing the turbo to spool faster... and gives you more hp in the mid to upper rpm range when boost is present...
