went to my local junkyards and got myself a rear sway bar. but the bracket that bolts to the strut was practically welded on there with rust so needless to say i didn't get it. Called up the local chrysler parts department and they don't make the driver side anymore but i can still get the passenger side[:@][:@][:@]. so does anybody have a set lying around. I need both driver and passenger side brackets that bolt to the strut. i have everything else. i got money in hand. need this done asap(next weekend?)

 

do all neon come with rear sway bars?

only the acr and rt's come with rear sway. when i got my suspension tech. sway's i called chrysler and had the same problem. i ended up just getting 2 of the same one's and had to cut and weld to make it fit[:@]

 

dam if only i could weld i can do the same thing. was wonderin if i could just use the same bracket just flip it. but now i know. [:'(]

 

Some sport/expresso models came with rear sway bars. planning on modding to after market brackets to make them work. Will host pics when done. 1G brackets suck as they are difficult to find. Same goes for the rear bar, save going after market. Decided to use 2G rear sway on my car. Not so hard to locate, and uses better mounting hardware that outlasts 1G dogbone rubber endlinks.
