i really dont know the difference between long rod and regular rod besides its only a very small difference in length....
i absolutely love JE pistons, but i havent used any otherbrand ofpistons either

my pops uses venolia pistons in his s&s motorcycle. and i got wisecos in my 300zx no problems yet. also wisco comes with the skirts coated for no aditional cost
