My brother in laws 96 SOHC 2.0 neon timing belt broke, replaced it and now it runs ok in the higher rpms but wont idle. Rechecked the timing and it is set perfect but it will not idle. There is no knocking sound . I am going to check compression in the morning. Any other thoughts?
