Default CEL code 12 and 43, caused by new coil?

well i put a new coil on last night, the MSD blaster, and NGK's gapped at 0.035, i would have replaced the wires too, but the wires I ordered were wrong, im stuck with the stocks till the replacements come in. however, this is all the work i did last night, and when i went to start my car this morning, it threw code 12 and 43 at me, even tho i ran it last night after the install with no probs. the engine is definately not missing, and i didnt unplug the battery last night either, although it was unpluged less then 50 starts ago. My real question is about code 43, if the car is running smoother then ever, what else could that code mean?

[*]code 43 Peak primary coil current not achieved with max dwell time, or 43 Cylinder misfire, or43 Problem in power module to logic module interface.
