Default Head gasket

Can i use 2 head gaskets or do the make thicker ones to lower my compression? Then use a sohc block with dohc head. Is it worth it? How much will it lower my compression?

If you use the SOHC bottom end with the DOHC head you'll have 9.4-1 compression which is almost ideal for turbo charging. The DOHC bottom end has flat toppistons and the sohc has a small dish which would work better to get your compression down. I say the DOHC head on the SOHC bottom end alone is enough of a drop in compression.

DOHC pistons are domed to increase compression.

Just use a quality HG!
