did you remove the bolt on the bottom of the manifold that holds the metal heater core lines to it?????

 

ya thats y i changed the topic of the post haha, i ended up getting it off

 

it will "work" but not benifically... the stratus manifold was made with longer runners for more low end tq to get teh bigger stratus moving easyer... however on a 2.0 it kill's the topend like non other... plus it hits the radiator...
