Default Intermittent Wipers not working

I have a '95 Neon Highline and the intermittent wipers do not work. If I put the wiper switch up one position, where the intermittent should work, the wipers run at low speed, and they stop on the windshield where ever I put the wiper switch back to off. I replaced the wiper switch with one I have out of my '99 Neon sport, but it operates the same way.

My quesiton:
Where is the intermittent wiper control module located on a '95 Neon Highline?

Thanks -

Could it be that the motor for the wipers is the issue?

I may just replace the motor assembly seeing as the more I think about what is wrong with it, the more I think it has something to do with the motor assembly.

the intermittent wipers are just opperated with different resistors inside the wiper switch. i'm pretty sure there is no intermitent wiper module. I would just replace the motor since the motor has a couple different sets of brushes in it, and they might be acting dumb...lol.

Yep that was it.

Swapped out the wiper motor from a '99 on to my '95, had to change the wire harness plug, all together took 30 minutes, and now the wipers work as they should.
