well, the JCWhitney distribution center is only about 10 minuites from my house....they have an outlet store and on weekends the have a little spot with all the closeout stuff and returned items....

i havent been down there in a while, but the last time i went, a friend of mine picked up 6 of those same seats and 2 leather ones for a total of $150....we plans on putting 4 of them in his wrangler....

next time i go down there i will see if i can find some more

 

if so i will pay for the shippin on all four of them, need them in black...... and odviously some money for ur troubles spud

 

racing seats are usually lighter, but it depends on the kind. if you really want to get a lighter seat, you need to get a fixed back/non reclining seat

aftermarket reclining seats arent any lighter then stock, my stock seat weighed on an very accurate scale weighed 31 pounds, thats for a 96 coupe

you can get lighter seats but there expensive, the seat im eyeing weighs 15 pounds, but its $2000

 

the base neon seats are even lighter than the highline or sport seats... you could try a pair of those. They suck for support but are more comfortable than a bucket! hehe

 

ya, base seats are what i got now, 31 pounds and no support, im looking into either a recaro or cobra race seat, something like that will worth with a good 5/6 point looped around the cage thats going in
