just get someone u know torgister them out of state and get the emissions done there.

I don't have family out of state. If I did that and the local PD see me more than once in a month, I'd get pulled over, asked how long I've been in Cali, get a ticket for living in Cali for longer than I believe its 30 days and then have to register. There are other ways of passing smog but this car is not really worth it. I just use her to get to and from work. My R/T and SRT-4 are my toys. Those come out on the weekends. And there are a lot of sunny weekends here in Los Angeles.
