I installed my new maddog shot shifter a couple days ago. It's amazing to drive and is by far the best shifter i have used. I reused my stock boot and bought a new aluminum shifter **** at auto zone for $20. The shifter is easy to install and now it feels like my hand doesn't even move when i shift. Here are a few pics.

It was about $115(with shipping), but he includes a $25 refundable core charge. I highly recommend the shifter and have heard they are better than b&m and it's cheaper. I'll try to upload a comparison pic with the old shifter later tonight.

 

Chuck is a very nice guy to deal with and he answered all my questions. He even called for me to check if a shift **** i wanted to order would work with the shifter.

I think the 65% is legit and yes that's the right price. It's a real short shifter. not just back and forth motion, but side to side as well.
