how can i get 50 more horse power from my neon i have a cold air intake and a tenzo type R muffler looking to get 50 more horse power before i go into the mariens ima goin to SC it when i get out and hook it with nitro but im looking for a way to get 50 more

 

what all do u have done to your Neon? is it SOHC or DOHC? and what type of CAI? if its not an Iceman or a 3.0L homemade CAI then its worthless for performance.

 

well im trying to find a srt 2.4 L engine in virginia but i cant find one and i tld u what ive done to it the engine in it is worthless its a crappie 2.0L engine

 

the 2.0 is not crappy by far... the block is resilent under pressure...

as far as the 2.4 srt motor why are you going that way when you can find a NA 2.4 block and put srt-4 pistons in it and build it that way for alot cheaper then getting the srt-4 motor to work in your car...

 

well how can i get the 2.0L to get its performance up for all motor like a chip

 

a "chip" wont do you any good..

to get any performance, go with a header, under drive pulley, performance pcm, and some big *** cams

 

Turbo the little ***** and get 200hp+

My turbo set up cost me less than $150 but I was a smart shopper, For you sweetheart $500 gets you where you want to go and more.
