lets say im trying to piece together up a turbo kit... my homie has a 96 talon esi... with a boosted 420a... he just ordered a tubular manifold for a bigger turbo he just got... what im trying to get at is will the manifold work for the neon and if it does would it fit the sohc or dohc this is what he has on there right now http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/95-99...spagenameZWDVW

I found a used garrett t3 turbo on ebay for $170. Slash, where did you get that piping kit that you have, as well as the manifold? An srt-4 piping kit doesn't work does it?

The front piece is from a 1995 SOHC and the back is from my 1998 intake tube.

Thanks alot guys... considering i'm a poor college kid with a little bit of dad's money i'm probably going for the cheaper route. I want to do an srt-4 when i get the cash, but i think the cheaper turbo setup will work for me right now. I'm just looking for a faster car to drive from seattle to bozeman and hot rod around town a bit.

You may want to consider a few bolts ons over a turbo build. Just my thoughts on that. Poor and turbo do not mix.
