why would you want to put on a turbo? You could pick up a good driving 300zx z31 turbo for 2,000. 135mph top speed. Try 135mph in a neon(even if you had a push), it would be a hand full.

well, not to try to sell stuff but i have a turbo i will sell.... t3 off of a 2.3 tbird coupe...... i will let it go for 100 plus shippin...... pm me if intersted...... good shape no shaft play.....

Why do you come onto this forum to say something that has nothing to do with the topic...you can pick up alot of cars that are turboed....but pretty sure that wasnt the question...go try and push your 300zx z31 somewhere else

Still researching, but this is one option i put together...
-Garrett T3 turbo ($170 ebay)
-SOHC turbo manifold ($280 http://www.thestreetsource.net/ )
-Garret T3 downpipe adaptor flange ($30) ( http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...category=33742)
-Custom downpipe (Welded myself)
-Tubing for intake
-BOV (ebay)
-Boost controller and gauge (ebay)
-Direct filter on turbo (temporary)
Total cost i figure is about $575 + intake tube and downpiping. I know i didn't include a few other things like the fuel injectors and fuel reg.
Let me know what you guys think...

he does not have to have a intercooler... he could always add that later... but i would try too get a wideband.......
fuel pump he would also need to get...... and some kind of return line system so he knows he is gettin enough fuel....

heres the deal paintballa, I'm going to be compleatly honest with you....
If you want to turbo your car do not copy what slash did...
You NEED alot of stuff to make this work CORRECTLY... Slash is just really really freakishly lucky that his motor isent shot to hell...
either do it right or dont do it at all...
