Default OIL IN SPK PLUG HOLE

Greetings, I am a new Neon owner (1997 Sedan 5-spd 2.0 SOHC) and I got a CEL with 2 codes. The 1st one I was aware of from the previous owner which is the EGR valve however the 2nd one was Culiner #1 misfore. Since I am familiar with these things I pulled the #1 Spk plug and when I got it out there was oil down in the "tube" that goes down into the manifold. Not alot and my oil level was normal and there was no oil on the area below the treads of the plug. Is this normal????? If not does it pose a potential problem or do I just leave it alone?

your problem is that one of your spark plug tube seals in bad...
just get a new valve cover gasket and it will come with them..
simple fix
