You will have to extend the wiring for the coolant sensor.
The cam sensor plug *may* have to be changed.
You will need to extend the wiring for the CPS if you go 2.4
The rest depends on the year of the engine in question. Mostly splicing connectors. I STRONGLY recommend getting a new harness at some point. Wiring issue can be never ending. Consider it.
