right plug on the pcm 3rd hole over from the right on the bottom row.

ok so i can jsut splice it into that wire...run my ground to the batt...run another wire to a 12 volt source..theres one more that needs hooked up i think it said to go the the ignition ...the only problem there is taht i put the ignition on a push button ..kinda like its hot wired..i have three toggle switches ..one for my inline fuel pump one for the fans and gauges and one as a kill switch then i have a push button for starting ...i believe the wires that are connected with the push button are yellow and red...which wire do i need to splaice inot at the ignition ?? thanks in advance

you should have 4 wires off that tach...

red = positve

black = ground

green = tach wire... make sure its gray witha light blue tracer

orange = goes to your light switch so when you turn the lights on the light in the tach goes on...

ok..i got ya now ...thanx for the help ...without you i probably woulda F'd it all up..i thot it went to the coil pack itself...thanx agian

not a problem... and 95 percent of peolpe... try the coil pack and alot of the cheap ones will acually not work if you connect them to the coil pack...

ok with that solved...when i finally get this dam thing running wat should i set the shift light at ....i bought the AF-X race computer(if it ever gets here) which i believe takes the rev limiter much higher if not completly gone ...how many rpm's will it turn without coming apart ...i bought the shift light to be safe so i didnt scatter my engine...that would suck

Is this your street neon or dirt track neon your putting this tach in???

what do you have done to the motor???

if it stock class look into getting crane springs then you can ping it off the rev limiter all day...

the head the intake and the stock exhaust mani are p&pd...the guy i had do all the work said that the ported and polished exhaust manifold would flow just as good as a header ...but id look stock ...
32lbs venom injectors
msd coil pack
crane 12
cai
AF-X race computer
megan racing udp
triple grind valve seats
head was shaved 20 thou due to warping
block is bored 30 over
light weight internals
and im running sunoco 115 in it ...cam 2 ...turbo blue ...w/e ya wanna call it ...(racing fuel)
i had crane springs orderd but i canceld the order because they werent gonna b here on time ...i bought the chrylser springs..they say they are jsut as good as the cranes ...450 thou clearance

you should be good then all the way up to the new rev limiter... may not make power but you have your ducks in a row... only thing that you may want to think about is a crank scrapper or a windage tray due to all the cornering that you do...
