so is that just a ricer part or do they actually work and are they actually need they seem pointless to me and i think they would look tacky.. jsut curious i was doing some searching for a body kit for a ford focus for my friend and i came across those and i was wandering if they were an item liek the electric supercharges.. let me know what you think

lol they will rip the bumper off yer Neon or bend it for no effectfrom the downforce (if it has any usefull downforce)first before they do anything to help handling. Plus you'd need to be going 130mph to have any real affect.

they actually do help... not for normal street driving though... maybe if ur doing auto cross or something... they look like **** on stock neon bumpers though.. my friend has them on hist 2nd gen with a r34 bumper and they look killler
