Default Procedure for MTX to ATX throttle body swap

ok i looked around and couldnt really find a procedure, and i dont want to tear into not having a clue what i am doing. is it just un bolt, bolt back on (per say) or is there a buncha stuff i have to swap?
and what is the swap going to do to my gas mileage? i read that you can really feel the difference, but i didnt find anything about fuel economy.
also, i would be taking the ATX TD off an automatic neon i had, and putting the MTX on the automatic. what problems would this cause? increase or decreased MPG? the automatic isnt my performance, or really even my daily driver. kinda more of my practice car. paint. engine work etc. so if it makes it get less gas mileage im fine with that.

thanks for any and all helpful input!

Oh also im taking the ATX from a SOHC and putting it into a DOHC. any problems?

just take everything off it. the intake, then the two connectors for the sensors. then 2 bolts to take the tb off.

now then though, MPG not really any increase or decrease. might have a problem with taking your MTX to the ATX though. the ATX TB has a little clip on it for the kick-down cable. whereas the MTX normally doesn't come with one.
