ok my gfs 2d gen neon has 110,000 miles on it
and she knows nothing about cars

and my r/t has about 88k

what exactly does a mechanic do when you take the car to get a 100k mile tune up?

 

on my girl friend they got the back lifted got the front worked on..... boyshe's a good ride.

then on her Neon at 102,000they redid the head gasket,timing belt,pully tensionerand water pump and plugs and wires and that was a good ride then. thats the 100,000 mile tune up.

 

100k tune up consists of a new timing belt, water pump, tensioner pulley, etc.

plugs, oil change, air filter, flush radiator, lube suspension, check PCV system, change ATX fluid/filterand a general inspection of life limited parts. These parts include things such as brake pads & rotors

 

Well, actually you said it HG too, which had nothing to do with a 100k tune up... So,
