hey guys, this question is for my buddy, he has a 97 dodge neon with sohc and atx tranny, now, he put the jeep tb on.. when he did that it jumped up to 3000 from idle, so from what he told me he shut thecar off and put his old one back on and now it stays at 3 grand idling, but he also reset pcm, and changed iac.. what can it be?

You'll need to swap the larger tip on the Jeep IAC, over to the Neon IAC, and use the Neon IAC on the Jeep TB. If you dont air will leak cousing high idle
