ok im just getn nto neons now and i was wanting to know sumthing...when i floor it in 2nd gear and i get around 35-40 it like opens up..y does aneon do that??? btw its a mtx

o ok..i like it tho makes it sound like i have a lot of hp in the engine...cant wait to start doing stuff to the motor...can we change the powerband on a neon like the honda's to with there v tec?? if so how

in what gear do you experience this power burst?
your probably just so hih of rpms that car responds
neon_s are quick litlle cars

yeah thats just the power band...the only way to adjust it is to get performance parts...but thats it

the power band doesnt get really noticable until about 4,000rpms....after that its all wide open

yea..i noticed it when i was seeing how fast i get up to 75..i notice it in 1st and 2nd for like 1 sec..
