ok my r/t has upgrades that allow more air into my car
iceman cai, K&N fliter, atx tb, mopar ecu

so i was talking to one of my non guys(actually sold me the car)
he says ause i have more air gogin in, i should match it with mor fuel
well
the 2nd gens form 02to05 have a 58lb fuel pump vs our normal 48lber
so he told me to put it on thier for a little bit of throttle responce

now modern performance sells a mopar 58lb fuel pump
and quote
"If YOU HAVE NOT done hardcore engine work such as cams, head porting, pistons, or turbo kit, DO NOT PURCHASE THIS. This is OVERKILL for minor bolt on Neons."

so, what should i do?
i know there wrong about saying the same thing about upgrading cam too..... i dunno

 

dude your fine up to about 180 hp on the stock system...

no its nto a good ideal... you will run pig rich... the 58psi regulator is going to push more pressure on your stock injectors making them release more fuel then with the 49psi unit... you will run pig *** rich...

My old 97 had every bolton you could put on there and I still ran the stock fuel pump and injectors. It ran great.
