hey Das, when i had my other Neons valve cover off at 240,000. it looked pretty....till i got closer and saw burn marks lol. plus i then found out that it isn't supposed to look gold. lol. but anyways... i change my oil every 4,000. and i use 5w-30 from Quaker State.

dude box if you have the money and power to change your oil every 1500-3000 miles then do it.it wont hurt your engine to do that and theres no such thing as changing to often.i change it give or take 5000.im changing mine today because i just got this car and i havn't changed it yet.lol.its been 2 weeks and im getting worried.good luck man

i used to change mine at 7,000 miles or so. never had an issue with it at 112,000 miles. then the car got stolen so i dont know how long it would have lasted but i would say at least another 100,000 miles or so
