AutoZone sells this kit that has the buffer style discs in them and you attach them to a hand drill and spray with water and start buffing. They are in a small brown box and you get about 6 discs and the drill attachment. Just keep spraying the surface with water ever so often. This worked great for me. I didn't know about the Mothers though, I'll have to try it.

my neon and ny gf 2nd gen lights were so bad, almost really have no vision at night
bought the ones das showed(well cept for a 2nd gen)for my gf
and i bought some off another site
now i get flashed w my low beams on
easy 1/2 hour job for saftey and style

remember this is the neon world not everyone has money to spend on new headlights [8D][8D]

haha but my Jy has a neon with those headlights well a cheaper versian (not depo) so im going to get them becuase they look the same to me
