ok well today i put in the Outles o ring and it still leaked so i took it out and took off the intake mani so i could get a better angle and i got that to work good but there is a slice in the o ring soi think i should get a new one.. but here comes the worse part so i was filling up my radiator to see if the outlet was finnally holding coolant and there is now a leak in the radiator..[:@][:@] kinda mad considering my old one had a hole in it so we replaced it with this one and now it has a hole in it so i think god just hates me.. haha and the flange i ordered from napa well they sent the wrong item... so i got there today to pick it up,,, and the other napa in denver sent an exhaust donut thingy with extremly differant part numbers.. but i found one from one of my friend and i think it will work

 

so i ordered the new O-ring today for the water outlet and i might buy that radiator off ebay.. and hopefully have everything done

 

Where was the hole josh... that radiator was fine... wonder if when we put the radiator on top of the trash can to plug the extra outlet holes, if the trash can had some damage around the lip and punched a hole in it... that sucks... go grab one from the jy they have like 3 neons...

ok well today i went to busters to figure out what to do with making the down pipe and he already has everything all done down pipe and the got the o ring from a local machine shop and it doesnt leak so yeah so now im just waiting on the radiator but i think some stop leak will work till then gonna make the hood fit tomorrow
