Default Speedometer / Odometer Not Working Correctly

My speedometer has been acting up on me. I have no Idea what the problem is. It will stop working as I'm driving the vehicle, then out of no where start working again and then act like its going back and forth (needle jumping sporadically). The thing is when it does this my temperature needle is ok but the odometer stops working also.

I've ran the codes and the only code its pulling up is code 37 - Torque converter clutch solenoid CKT or park/neutral switch failure. Could this code have something to do with this? or is this another issue all together?
