Default need to buy a tranny

i just bought a 96 sohc 5 speedfor $140 runs great but has a hole in the housing of the tranny if anyone that have a spare 5spd for around $200 i could really use it i live in denver co could pick up from any around co ne wy az nm area please i need one bad

why not just weld the hole with aluminum?! is it a big hole like OMFG THERE IS FU%?ING HUGE HOLE or ...... there is a hole there

no the hole is about 6"x2" and gears and a pin broke in three on the ground under it the trannys done its at 150,xxx miles is that normalto havehappen at or aroundthat many miles or just from getting beat on

I know that you said it runs great but does it drive???

If not... you threw a diff pin... your lucky you dident get hurt... I need to find a pic of how chip blew his up... lol its scary almost...

.. i would go to junkyarddogs.com
and send out a message to the JY and you can get one shipped to you.. i was looking at one for $400 shipped and it was far away,,, so if your lucky you can find one close to home were you can just go pick it up for like $200-$300.. and most Jy will guarntee there stuff..hope i helped you out,,

THAT WOULD BE AUSOME!!!! haha i really think the transparent hood is pretty sweet to... you dont even have to pop the hood
