alright. so my fans wont turn on. i get code 35 (fan relay), well i've replaced that and still nothing, and replaced it with 3 other junkyard ones and still didn't work. replaced the coolant temp. sensor. and still doesn't work. and the fuses are fine. i know the fan works, i was able to hot wire it and it indeed works. but my PCM just will not tell it to turn on! any idea's at all???

 

have you tried swaping your PCM yet?

 

nope. not really wanting to. mostly cause that will cost me money. my other two Neons are 95's so the PCMs wont work.
