im not sure i know its a good 20-30 lbs im not for positive though.. but finding a box for it would be fun maybe a shower door box that you could cut down to fit or something..

 

Do you all have greyhound? They ship big items like that cheaper.

 

my town doesnt have it but i think the town 100 miles away does...

anyone know want to help out on my other post.. if i buy crane #18 cams do i have to switch them out with Crane #14 cams when i go turbo....

 

that scoop look awful with it offset like that....not to mention, how do you plan on keeping water out of there???
once water, dirt, snow, or whatever else goes into that scoop, its no going to be much longer until that motor is junk...hell, even the sun beating down on that timing belt is gonna make it dry rot fairly quick.....

i personally wouldnt leave the car outside or drive it with that scoop on it and no timing belt cover...but thats just me[&:]

 

not really a fan of it, but i put a suby hood scoop on my car, but it is centered and i like it, helps keep my turbo cooler, but like spud said, i would be worried about ur timing belt showing if i were u... with sun and rain... could be bad....

 

maybe ill have to come up with some ghetto shield.. actually i was thinking of putting a piece of tinted plexy glass there

 

you need sumthing in there...otherwise its only a matter of time until your throwing another motor in there...

i would watch out for kids too....back in the day if i walked by that car i would have shoved a stick down there in the timing belt

well yesterday i put some of that bumper aluminum mesh screen in there.. now i just gotta take the time to cut the plexi glass
