So I was at the junkyard yesterday and found a 02 Neon with a rear sway bar, but I wasnt sure if it mounts on the same as the 1st gen Neons. I checked my car and it doesnt look like it does, but is it only cause mine didnt even come with a rear sway bar? is there a bracket I have to add on for it? not the U shaped bracket that holds it under the car, I'm talkin about the bracket for the sway bar links. the one thats attacked to the shocks/knuckle

 

the 2nd gen and 1st gen have diffrent brackets, and i dont know if a 2nd gen sway bar will work or not
if ur car was an r/t or acr it will come w a rear sway bar, if it wasnt it wont

 

I no the R/T's and ACR's came with rear sway bars, I was just wonderin about the mounts, I'm just havin the worst luck at junkyards lol
so the search continues...

The bar could work, but you would need some custom brackets. i have two 1G rear sway bars with brackets, if you cannot turn up anything.
