Hey I was wondering does anyone with a two door have problems with the door hinge thingy ( forgot the correct term) I've had my neon 7 years and replaced them once.. went to the dealer to get the part and he told me that they quit making them for the passenger side door hinge( WTF?!?) so now when I open my doors hope nothings in the way

r u talkin bout when u open the door does the door panel get in the way. if so u can get that at autozone i just replaced mines that junk is annoying when the passenger door dont open

 

I think its called a door hingeassembly ( its the piece that connects the door to the car) it has plastic over metal and the plastic part broke but even if u take the plastic off it won't work right. Thetwo times i'vebought something from a junkyard it broke within like a day and a half ( the same part bought twice both times it died within like three days) so therefore I would rather get it new.
