would it be possible for the fan to work if i just took out the relay there are 2 black and 2 blue wires going in and out(i believe) so what if i cut the wires on each side and just connected them...without the black little box being there

 

y not just wire it in so it comes on with a toggle switch?
run wires to the battery then to a switch.

 

that what i did in my cutlass but it looks kinda tacky

i dont know i got a diff fan with the relay on it so ill see what happens when i hook it up i was just curious if the fan would work without the relay

my car is a 98..

well i decided to just hard wire it to a toggle becuz,,, the other relay i have came off my 96 and they are not the same....

so i just hard wired it
