put the fuel pressure gauge directly on the fuel line coming off the firewall... in other words disconnect it from the plastic fuel line and hook up the gauge...
We're getting ZERO pressure at the Shrader valve on our '98 Neon. We've replaced the fuel pump and regulator/filter. We can hear the pump running and have test pumped gas out of it into a can. But once the tank and all are hooked up to the car, we're not getting any pressure in the system. Ideas?
