around 2 years ago i sold my neon because i never had time to work on it, now i regret ever selling it i was just wondering does anybody have any idea where i can go to get a neon cheap and i have already looked on craigslist all they have are 2nd gens i want a 1st gen .

I dont know about where you live but Where i live we all hang out up on the main drag and talk and what not... I stumbled across my car in that type of situation... And any time a friend needs a car all I have to do is go up there and be like hey know of any Neons that are for sale for X amount of dollars??? I mean normally these guys have there hands in about everything and know where things are...

 

Look for a neon in the next state over or something if it's not too far. By now, neons are pretty much out of the street racing scene, so I wouldn't think that would be a good place (if you'd even want one of those since you know their beat to hell and back a few times).

Another place is company classifieds. My dad found my neon on the classifieds for his work, it has 230,000 miles but he knows the guy who I bought it from, and he's a real slow paced easy going person.

 

i guess every were i go i see a neon with a huge as wing on it.. lol well not really but i went to spokane and town kinda not really close to my house and there were alot of riced out neons

i guess that doesnt make them street racers but i would have to say there pretty popular.. cuz the stock civic have like an 18 second 1/4 and i neons at like 16.8 or so lower if you have the dohc mtx

 

Check www.autotrader.com and put what you want in and within how many miles from your zip. Same with Ebay. There are tons of them out there.
