Default Help! Electrical Problems!

This 96 Neon has had a few minor electrical problems starting back about one year. Occasionally the dash board didn't work however the car ran well

Today the radio is cutting in and out and occasionally I can't make the turn signals, headlights or defrost fan work

Any suggestions on how I may be able to fix this problem???

HELP!

you can check the connector on the back of the cluster, sometimes they get loose. Anouther thing you can do is resolder the circut board, these go bad on 80% of neons common problem.

Today the radio is cutting in and out and occasionally I can't make the turn signals, headlights or defrost fan work
thats alot of issues, normaly i would say its time for a new radio but with th rest of the problems could be tied together if you have a ground issue.Orcould be three differentproblems

I don't know how old the battery is (at least one year).

Where is this circuit board? On the back of the instrument cluster????

The dash board not working is an intermittent problem. Today the radio, fan and others are a new addition.

I don't know how old the battery is but the green light is not working.

Could it be possible the car needs a new battery?

It is possible. I would change it and see if it makes a difference. Especially if your green light isnt working. Another cause could be the alternator isnt working properly if the battery isnt that old.
