so coming home about 3 weeks ago now..it was about midnight..when a dick on a bike hit the back of my car...im currently in the proccess of sueing him...he tried to sue me so i filed a countersuit on his ***...my insurance already said it was his fault...the night it happened the guy said he was fine even the next day the guy said he was fine...but now he is seeing a chiropractor...the letter the lawyer sent over in no way makes sense...everything he said doesnt add up...but will keep you updated

well idk the damages yet...one place said they would just wanna repaint the whole thing..instead of just trying to match the paint...they said like $1200 but the thing is i know how to do it and i would repaint it..so just take the rest of that money and run

What kind of fool runs into the back of someones car on a bike. Was he drunk or something? I hope everything works out for you.

 

my mom had a problem just like that about a year ago....
she just bought a subaru and on the way home from picking it up some drunk guy came flying down a hill and around a corner....right into the front passenger fender[&:]

 

na the lug not had to be broken off cause...the idiots at the tire shop strip it everytime i go there...(twice) so i gotta get another...haha way to notice that spud..but idk what his deal was...drunk or high...but it was midnight dude had no brakes no light no reflector or brakes...wearing dark clothes..crazy lol

 

he was proably out stealing stuff out of cars. who else is out that late with dark clothes on?

 

People are so dumn these days... can't believe he tried to sue you. I had some lady rear end me a year ago and then tried to say i hit her in a parking lot. Was about ready to sue her ***, which finally got her insurance companies attention, and they sent the money quick.

 

yeah the dude says he was coming from san jose state...which is believable cause i do know...they have late classes starts 10...but when i asked him for a pen and paper he didnt have anything in his little backpack...dude wanted 700 dollars...for damages to his bike so guess where it old him to shove it..and handed it to my insurance to determine whos fault it was...clearly it was his they said..
