Default 95 plymouth neon sport overheating

My 95 plymouth neon sport 5 speed manual sohc 2.0. overheats when at a stop. The fuse in the fuse box keeps blowing for radiator fan. I replaced the radiator fan and motor. The same is still happening.I have seen the fan work and sometimes blow the fuse. The fan motor or fan is not the problem so what should i do next? what other components are involved?

yep i am using the correct fuse size. I found out the problem and have fixed it. The wires coming from the fan were rubbing up against the chassis and grounding it out which caused the problems i had. I cut out a large section of the wire and replaced it and taped everything up real good and replaced with the correct fuses and have had the fan cycle on and off several times with no problems.
