USPS sucks
I ordered a couple of video games for my gf's bday
took 3 days to get from the east coast to california, to Ontario calif.
then it just stopped, and never gave any more info, upon talking to the post office, they said
"Ontario is californias central processing hub, once it gets there we have no way of tracking it so just watch your mailbox and it should show up"
to which my reply was, "so your saying that it will either show up or it wont?what happens if it doesnt?"
to which there reply was "pretty much, if it shows up great, if it doesnt theres nothing we can do, you'll have to try to get another order sent from the company"
only people with worse customer service then USPS is Bestbuy

Uhhhh. Back to Jesse Shaffer.
He apparently has started to ship out items. Someone got in contact with him, and he said he would be shipping out the Koni struts and springs to them. (Keep in mind that two people purchased the same set of Koni's and Springs from him.)
Also.. the other person who bought the Koni's from him just emailed me today saying that he recieved my head from Jesse Shaffer today. So the kid doesn't know his *** from a hole in the ground apparently. I'm still out of money and my head, but I am working on trying to get it from that person now.

Also..another personinformed me that Janet Thompson is Jesse Shaffer's landlord.. and she has no knowledge of him using her address or her name. So he pretty much committed identify theft.

if refund is recieved on your end before head arrives then i will expect the head sent back. between personal and shipping issues this has become a nightmare for everyone involved. which is understood. ur head was shipped to the wrong person somehow. i dont even know what to do at this point. shipping was an ungodly amount of money, everything had to be sent out twice, and even then still nothing ended up right. this public internet access blocks neons.org. i dont have internet access at home, or transportation, or a job. check with eric martin on neons.org. he got ur head somehow apparently. i dunno how long it will be till I have internet access again.
