Default Scammer on the run. FSU182

I bought a DOHC head from FSU182 and he never shipped it. Never provided tracking info (well he tried to... he made some up and provided it to PayPal). His profile is:

https://dodgeforum.com/showprofile.asp?memId=74385

And it looks like now he is on the run.. hasn't logged in since I posted this seller feedback in the offtopic area. https://dodgeforum.com/m_1340588/tm.htm

I was asked to post this here in the 1st Gen forum since that is where he hangs out.

I submitted a Dispute with PayPal.. and he tried to make up a UPS tracking number, and a fake shipping company. He apparently also sold some Koni struts to TWO different people for $300 a pop. Here is his contact info.. please post if you know him or have dealt with him.

I have been following the situation on the org. I have already tried to contact him and got nothing back. I actually sent him items he bought from me about a week and a half ago. I wish I would have known before I sent the items. I will keep trying to contact him for you. If there is anything else we can do let us know!

Haven't heard from him in a while. Would like to hear his side of this, something to explain what is going on.

This is what he told one of the other members here when asked about it:

i walked most of that stuff over to ship it out a few days ago. they should have it soon. i know it makes a bad rep. over there but i didnt know what to do and i handled it bad from the start. i figure once they get their stuff that'll be that.
I don't believe it. Even if he shipped it via UPS ground a few days ago it would have been here by now... and that ofcourse does not explain why he sold a $300 set of Koni's to two different people.

A refund could be on the way.

I've had a dispute open with PayPal for more than a week now. If we was sending a refund it would have been here by now. The fact that he put in a false tracking number and tried to make up a shipping company (and failed).. tells me that he just wants the money.

Add that to all of his recent posts about his Neon being broken.. tells me he needs the money, and scamming strangers via the internet was probably a pretty easy way to get it.

unfortunately, that is enough to get a search warrant. Still, it would be nice to have a miracle.

I was actually talking to a lawyer that likes to handle thes kind of cases. He said a phone call from him to the seller usually resolves it. I will find his contact info and get back to you.

I'm hoping that the PayPal dispute will resolve it.

Otherwise.. I'm game! I'm sure there are atleast 3-4 others who are owed parts after sending large quantities of money to the guy / kid.
