Default Fuel pump issues

Ok here is the deal i had to put a new fuel pump in my car . so i got mine from MP and i got it and i put it in my car. WE had it running and now it dont want to say running its like not getting alot of IDLE. I dont know whats going on . Its an 1995 dodge neon.

we also put dry gas into it ..

People told me on neontuners.org that its getting to much gas and its boging out on me. How would i tune something like that or how can i tell the PCM or something a hint i have a stock pump but i have after market.

put about 2 more gallons of fuel in there
maybe you have some air in the lines still.
check your fuel pressure also.
maybe you stird somesedimentthat was in thetank and cloged the fuel injectors.

Its the Catalytic Converter that is doing it. Its plugged and its moving the exaust back into the motor.

thats what im going to do. Its pushing the exust back into the car.

Does the cat effect MPG, I replaed my fuel pump, timing belt, blocker the EGR, and have not hooked up the charcoal can yet, I havent really checked my MPG yet, but it seems noticeably worse. I was getting from 32 to 35 MPG

idk what i was told if you cat is melted in side it will block all the Exaust crap so i wont go out to the muffler.

And then again it will stall it out like mine.
