so, trying to figure out if i should buy a new used junkyard transmission for my green Neon or just use the transmission that was already in it. i took the original tranny out back in December and its just been sitting in my basement. the tranny, just like the engine, has 247,xxx miles. it worked fine before i took it out cept for a couple grinds here and there.

so, to spend the money and get a junkyard tranny or to save it?

this car will just be there as a backup car for my red one so i can finally mod it.

 

if you want to buy a tranny and if i can part my car out i have a 3.94 .81 final acr tranny

 

thanks for the offer, but i like the 3.55 tranny. better fuel economy...
