Default need advice on my n/a

so my car's dead spot down low has gotten uber worse with my mods. my car damn near stalls trying to pull out sometimes. it wasnt like this when i got it. from 2k - 7500 things are great. phenominal. not cams phenomincal but still nice.

i can notice a big difference in how my tb effects my car. sometimes I will accelerate harder at less than WOT than actually being at WOT. im blaming this on the velocity of the air. my car sounds raspy. are cams and and a box manifold whats holding my car back, or am i pretty much at the end of my bolt on upgrade capability?

i can chirp my srt wheels into second. i was told theyd be too heavy for an N/a 2.0 and id lose that capability.

i have no idea what your mods are so its hard to say what is going on. i would think that your problem could be sensor related

if its sensor related im not getting codes. i really doubt it is. almost all the sensors are new.

The engine has 2800 miles on it

.020" oversized pistons
.005" decked block
Custom CAI
ATX TB & spring
Smoothed manifold
Mopar performance PCM
Mopar EGR block-off
MPx Underdrive Pulley
Headman Header
Straight pipe
Magnaflow resonator
(no cat, no muffler)

the .020 over gives better displacement but lowers comp ratio. Are you using 90 oct?

my advice would be high comp pistons.

its always had and is always gonna get 93 octane from bp's that use ammaco fuels. im picky about gas. ive seen what a bad tank can do.

question is - what is a good DD cams/piston combo. cuz its time to get serious. 12:1 and 18's - i would imagine - would use more fuel. it would also be harder on the rotating mass and less reliable. I have to be able to drive the car for 2 to 3 hours on the highway every now and again. but if im paying for the parts i'd like to get as much performance as sensibly possible. N/A!

obviously a set of cams, gears, and CNC JE or Wiseco pistons are going to run $1300-$1500

im positive i could have a DIY turbo for that much.

how much of the combustion chamber is in the block? i thought since the block was bored out - that it would actually raise the compression ratio with oversized pistons. since its sucking in more air and pushing it into the same volume of space as it did before the overbore. because i thought the combustion chamber was all head.

maybe its time to sell the pcm and header and add about 7psi...

easier said than done. but maybe less involved than tearing my new engine apart again.

and probably equal or better results
