ok i know you can upgrade the compressor to a 20 g wheel and houseing. i want to know if i can put a 25 g wheel and housing on my 16 g turbo so i can possibly make over 500 hp insteead of almost 500 that the 20 g puts out? so 16 g turbine on 25 g compressor. what you guys think?and maybe upgrade from 8 cm turbine housing to a 10 cm house with 25 g wheel and comprsor housing?

 

I didnt even think you could upgrade to a 16/20 frankenstein - I thought the 14 and 16 were based on the t3 flange while the 20 was a t4 flange, but I could be wrong. In either event I doubt you could use a 25g (25g? Do you mean t-25?? I dont think I have heard of this turbo?) wheel and housing without some custom machining or something. I would have to say that if you think 500hp isnt going to be enough on your fwd neon you better also be thinking about rear roller bars and slicks, because that **** will not stay on the road with that kind of power my friend. i assume this is the hahn turbo i sold you. if it is, it has the 20g/16g (hence the super 16g)
it is not your normal run of the mill mitsu 16g. hahn does make a 25g, i assume this is where you are getting your info from, not the t-25 itty bitty mitsu found on the 2g talons/eclipse's. i would contact sales@turbosystems.com (hahn's tech email) or visit their website for further details. it is possible i think, but you could just run that turbo, and a little bit of spray, like a 75 shot, and be quite safe.

 

well that turbo can get a new wheel and comperrsor housing and be a super 16 g turbine side with 20 g comppressor good for 500 h/p this what howwell says now i no thewy make tdo7 turbo with the 25 g wheel use that but still in my smaller turbine so i can good bottom end torque mauybe 600 h/p wwith that wheel. i already got no2 with maximizer 2 in the car also water meth injection
