anyone know how to change the fuel filter in a 95 plymouth neon??Because it is hard to find as i have never had 1 before and doin the work all by myself so someone please help thanks

the fuel filter/regulator in mounted on the inside of the tank on the pump output line. The fuel stariner is mounted on the end of the pickup tube.
