If you have an automatic transmission then you have a torque converter. Howell sells one...

Default Turbocharger Installation

Im new to the tuner scene and I just brought a T3/T4 TD05 turbo out of an Eclipse and wanted to know if anyone could tell me all the accessories i need to purchase in order to fully install this turbo to my 1998 SOHC Dodge Neon.

You will need a custom manifold to bolt it up to the head. You will also need oil and/or coolant lines for the turbo, tap the oil pan for a return line, bigger fuel pump, add a return line for the fuel, intercooler, intercooler piping, fittings and so on.
