it's the 96-99 valve cover. that's why they are blocked off. Do not remove the engine out the bottom from the cradle...only part attached to that is the bobble strut...you will bend that so easily that way...easiest way is straight up.

 

without ported head...i think he spent between 3-4K on the motor at most. can't be making much more than 300hp at it's best.
